Next Saturday I'll go at it again in the San Francisco 12 hour at Crissy Field. Each lap is 1 mile around the lagoon at Crissy Field with spectacular views of the Golden Gate Bridge, Angel Island, Alcatraz and the San Francisco Bay. The course is flat with 60% dirt and 40% asphalt path.
The race is full and the field is L O A D E D with tons of ULTRA RUNNING TALENT. I'll have my work cut out for me this day.
The race will have a webcast and picture post during the event. I will post the link, so you can play the 12 hour race home version on Saturday October, 20th at 9AM to 9PM, Thursday before I fly to San Fran.
